|Our client is a leading marketing agency and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.|
You'll be working in a team, making outbound calls to existing customers and receiving inbound calls from these and new customers. This role will include, taking and processing customer orders, logistic coordinating and answering general enquiries.
You will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers over the phone and via email.
You will deliver a highly professional customer experience working with high attention to detail, as well as to spot additional opportunities to refer leads for the business to follow up.
Successful applicants will ideally have experience within contact centres, retail sales or customer service, refined customer service skill and excellent communication are a must.
Creates and maintains confidential files and records, as requested.
Sales experience is a plus .
Interact on a day-to-day basis with customers and the sales force to develop business relationships.
We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.
